Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Toldcustom Plumbing wants everyone to be able to use toldcustom.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about it. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Where We Aim

We try to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To help with this, we aim to:

  • Organize pages with clear headings and a logical order
  • Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
  • Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Give each form field a clear label

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

If Something Is Hard to Use

You can still get help. Request a callback to talk with a plumber, or email contact@toldcustom.living and we will do our part to assist.

Tell Us What You Found

We welcome your feedback. Please email contact@toldcustom.living and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected instead
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Work That Keeps Going

Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
